55kW High-Head Large-Flow Explosion-Proof Submersible Pump For Mining and Oil Extraction Powerful and Reliable
BQS series, the earliest and most mature product line of ATPUMP, boasts a power range from 1.5 kW to 315 kW, with flow capacities spanning from 10 m³/h to 2500 m³/h, and head ranges from 7 meters to 800 meters. This series has filled a long-standing market gap in domestically produced explosion-proof submersible pumps for mining applications within China. Equipped with 56 patents, including the "no overload at any head point" technology which significantly extends pump service life, the BQS series represents a significant advancement in the field.
Collaborating with 28 senior technical engineers and professors from leading domestic universities, ATPUMP has tackled key challenges in explosion-proof submersible pump design, such as structural optimization, parameter refinement, manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, sealing against leaks, and material application.
