The VFD Control Cabinet is primarily used to adjust the operating frequency of equipment, reduce energy consumption, and enable smooth startup,minimizing the damage caused by high inrush currents during direct motor startup.It features analog input, PID control, pump switching control, communication capabilities, macro functions, and multi-stage speed control, making it widely applicable for automatic control in various agricultural and industrial production scenarios. The VFD Control Cabinet mainly controls the operational status of the motor by adjusting the frequency and voltage, achieving precise control over motor speed and torque.The key functions include overload, short-circuit, phase loss protection, as well as leak detection for the pump body, motor overheating, and various other protective features. It supports both single and multiple pump control modes, main and standby pump switching, and various starting methods.
- Level control: The control cabinet is equipped with a level float switch, which automatically controls the operation of the water supply and drainage pumps based on changes in the liquid level.
- Pressure control: An external electric contact pressure gauge or pressure controller can be connected to automatically start or stop the pump based on changes in the pipeline pressure.
- Temperature control: Cn external temperature controller is connected to start or stop the pump based on a preset temperature range, applicable in environments where temperature control is required.
- Time control: The control panel of the cabinet is equipped with a time-setting button and a display, allowing the user to control the start and stop of the pump according to a set schedule. this is suitable for various time-based or regular intermittent operation control.
